Medicinal Herbal Chemistry

Medicinal Herbal Chemistry Laboratories under Department of Pharmaceutical Pharmacology and Chemistry is located at Level 7, FF3 Building Faculty of Pharmacy UiTM Puncak Alam Campus.
The labs provide a well-maintained equipment and facilities for research purposes for the undergraduates, postgraduates and also researchers from UiTM as well as other government and private organizations.
The medicinal chemistry labs operated by trained and highly committed staff to run various type of analysis including sample processing system, collection and fraction analysis of pharmaceutical goods, drugs substance and drug product, plants, natural products, food and cosmetics analysis.
The lab conducts research by performing the extraction pure compound and analysis compound from various material sources.

Applications of a Waters - 2767 Sample Manager

The Waters 2767 Sample Manager is a high-capacity sample processing system that easily and automatically manages the sample aspiration and injection (from microplates, test tubes, scintillation vials or conventional autosampler vials), collection and fraction analysis on a single HPLC or LC/MS platform.
Intended for applications involving analytical and preparative scale purifications, the equipment is controlled by software. It comes equipped with one analytical and one preparative injector. A variety of sample formats (test tubes, microtiter plates and vials) can be used for injection and collection.
