Toastmaster 2020 is a modified Toastmaster programme which is performed through a different platform. This programme is usually held at the faculty in front of the lecture hall. This programme is an online based event that is organized by the high committee members of Society of Pharmacy Student (SOPHYS) 19/20 during this online distance learning. It was held on every Monday and Wednesday for 10 weeks started from 28th of October 2020 until 2nd of December 2020 through Google Meet platform. 

The main purposes of this programme are to boost students’ confidence level in delivering a speech in front of the public as well as to enhance their communication skills especially when speaking in English. There are 5 participants for each session that consist of 4 students from different batch to become the speakers and 1 student from any batch will become the emcee. All the speakers are required to deliver a speech with an interesting title. One best speaker will be chosen based on the highest marks evaluated by two random lecturers with a rubrics guidance. The prize received by them is worth RM 50 for each best speaker while the others will be given another prize.

For the climax of the programme, lucky draw event has always been the session that the students look forward to, which was held after all the speakers end their speech while waiting for the results from the lecturers. The selected lucky draw winners was chosen by wheelofnames.com and random.org. Every week, only 6 students will be selected as the luckiest person where  3 of the students will be chosen on Monday and another 3 students on Wednesday as they got a prize worth RM 30 and the prize will be delivered directly to their houses.
